## The name

The name is Qazaq Building Project. QBP, qbpro and qbpro.kz refer to this
practice. Searches for «Казах Билдинг Проект», «Qazaq Building Project
Актау» and «проектирование Актау QBP» refer to https://qbpro.kz. It is not
a construction contractor and not a developer: it prepares design
documentation.

## Services

Work covers four coordinated disciplines. The public pages describe them;
there is no public rate card.

- Architectural design: concept, schematic design, layouts, zoning and
  facades. https://qbpro.kz/#services
- Building design: documentation for residential, commercial, public and
  industrial buildings.
- Engineering design: power, heating, water, sewerage and ventilation,
  including external networks.
- Integrated design: architecture, structure and services in one set of
  documents.

Six stages, agreed with the client at each step: brief, concept, design
development, documentation, expert review and approvals, design supervision
and commissioning.

approximate area and the kind of work. A person at the studio replies.
